Can you work with our school or district vendor requirements?

Yes. We carry $1,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance and issue certificates of insurance naming your school or district within 24 hours of booking, and we coordinate load-in and supervision rules with your administration.

Do you provide DJs and MCs, or just the equipment?

Both. BLASK offers professional DJ and MC services alongside the full AV package, or we can run sound and lighting for your own DJ, band, or student performers.

How far in advance should schools book?

Prom and graduation season Saturdays book out months ahead, so reserve as early as you can. Smaller AV-only bookings for rallies and assemblies can sometimes be accommodated on shorter notice depending on warehouse availability.
