Gelato Cart
A staffed gelato cart for Miami events, arranged with I Scream Gelato
Add a handcrafted Italian gelato cart to your BLASK event. Guests get real hospitality, and the branded cart is a natural photo moment for Art Week pop-ups, VIP lounges, gallery openings, weddings, and after-parties.
BLASK Productions arranges a staffed gelato cart with I Scream Gelato. The cart comes with delivery, setup, and someone there to serve. Guests get handcrafted Italian gelato in cups or cones, plus spoons and napkins.
The cart serves Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. You book it with BLASK. We confirm the date with the gelato team and keep the rest of your production — sound, lighting, LED, and crew — on the same plan.
Events that suit a gelato cart
Activations and Miami Art Week
A staffed cart works as hospitality and a camera-ready moment at early-December pop-ups and branded activations.
VIP lounges and collector previews
Serve guests something made that day while the cart itself holds a logo and gives photographers a clean frame.
Gallery openings and after-parties
Keep the room fed without a full dessert station. The cart stays in the photo and out of the way of the art.
Weddings and galas
Add the cart to a BLASK wedding or gala when you want a dessert guests will walk over for.
Corporate events and festivals
The same staffed cart works for conferences, brand moments, and outdoor festivals across South Florida.
Holiday parties, birthdays, and kids' parties
Use it for a holiday party, a birthday, or a kids' party when you want service without building a dessert station.
