Where a pianist fits in your event

How booking works

  1. Tell us the date, venue, ceremony and reception times, and the style you want.
  2. BLASK checks availability with our partner musicians and comes back with options that fit your event.
  3. We confirm sound, power, setup time and the timeline with your venue, and coordinate it with your DJ, MC and lighting if you book those with us.
  4. Rates are quoted for your event after we know the details. Nothing is booked until you approve the quote.

Questions about booking a pianist

Do you provide the piano?
It depends on the venue. We confirm whether the venue has a piano or whether a digital piano or stage keyboard and amplification are needed, and quote that with your event.
Is the pianist a BLASK employee?
No. BLASK arranges pianists through our partner network and handles the coordination, sound and schedule so you deal with one team.
Can the pianist play specific songs?
Song requests are discussed when we match you with a pianist. Ask us what is possible for your date.
Which areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, including Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale.
How much does it cost?
Rates depend on the date, hours, venue and equipment, so we quote each event. Contact us with your details.
