Sweet 16 production in Miami & South Florida

Do you provide setup and delivery?

Yes. BLASK offers delivery, install, sound check or calibration, and strike across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Setup & crew is quoted separately so rental vs. labor stays transparent.

What areas in South Florida do you cover?

We serve Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and surrounding counties. Travel fees for distant venues appear in your quote before you confirm.

How much does Sweet 16 production cost in Miami?

It depends on guest count, venue size, and how much production you want — a DJ sound and lighting package costs far less than a full LED wall build. Every item shows a transparent starting day rate in our catalog, and Event Builder gives you an itemized total with delivery and setup before you book.

What's included in a Sweet 16 package?

Typical builds include a DJ sound system with wireless mics, dance-floor lighting and uplighting in her colors, and options like an LED video wall for photo montages, cold spark fountains for the entrance, and dancing-on-clouds fog for the waltz. Delivery, setup, operation, and strike are handled by our crew.

Can you match our theme and colors?

Yes. Uplighting and intelligent fixtures are programmed to your palette, and LED walls can loop her photos, monogram, or a custom animation during the party.

Do you work at our venue?

We produce Sweet 16s at banquet halls, hotels, country clubs, and private venues across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. We coordinate load-in, power, and timing with the venue and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.

How far in advance should we book a Sweet 16?

Four to six weeks is ideal, and earlier for peak-season Saturdays. Last-minute dates are reviewed based on warehouse and crew availability — send the date and we'll confirm quickly.
